Member organisations and individual members who have their own complaints procedure are required to keep a log of complaints submitted to them for monitoring purposes. Those selected for annual audit will be required to submit a copy of the above record. Please download to see the process.

All members who have their own complaints procedure are required to submit to COSCA an Outcome Report at the conclusion of complaints proceedings relating to counselling and psychotherapy. This includes any sanctions applied. Please download the Guidelines and the Outcome Report proforma.
